Project Manager - Field Deployments

About This Role

As a Project Manager at Techs on Standby, you'll orchestrate nationwide technology rollouts with military discipline. You'll manage multi-million dollar projects from planning through execution across 30+ states, coordinating teams of field technicians to deliver on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-site deployment projects
• Coordinate teams of 10-50 field technicians
• Maintain strict budget and timeline compliance
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder management
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Report project status to executive leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience managing field service or deployment projects
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
